2013 Practice Schedule
Practice is held at Merrill middle school (5301 Grand Ave, Des Moines, IA 50312) at least through the end of May. Then, practice will either be renewed at Merrill through the end of the 2013 season, or an alternate location will be used.
Mondays and Thursdays at 6 pm
Optional training Saturdays at 9 am.

Dallas -- Denver -- Kansas City -- Milwaukee -- Minnesota -- Minnesota WOMEN -- Nashville --Saint Louis -- Tulsa and the Roosters battle it out in a day of great sporting entertainment.
The Minnesota Freeze women's team is coordinating an open match (or two) at the tournament. This is open to all women attending, and may be co-ed. We'll mix up the teams for a fun balanced match. No experience is necessary and we'll teach everyone the skills and rules before the match. Since this is early in the season, we'll play by our Rec Footy rules which is a no-contact version of Aussie Rules and is a great introduction to the sport!
